Hyperfiling is a compliance workspace for Indian Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries, built by a team working on practical AI tools for the professional services sector.

Why we built Hyperfiling

Indian Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries work across three layers at once: a compliance calendar that does not forgive a missed due date, a growing file of client-specific notices and filings, and the constant need to find, cite and apply the right provision. Hyperfiling puts the three in one workspace.

Research answers are drafted from passages retrieved from an indexed corpus of statute summaries, notifications, circulars and commentary, and the citations in each answer are checked against that corpus; a citation it does not support is marked unverified. When the corpus has no matching passage, the system says so instead of answering.

How we work

Small team. The database, documents and backups are stored in India; the Security page sets out where AI processing happens. RAG over indexed sources rather than generative filling. Squared corners and a dense, fast UI because professionals are not interested in an interface that wastes their afternoon.
