This policy explains when Hyperneural Technologies LLP refunds subscription payments for HyperFiling. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Refund eligibility window

• Annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rata basis if cancelled within the first thirty days of the billing cycle. The unused portion is credited back; the used portion is charged at the standard monthly rate.
• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current cycle. You may cancel future renewals at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the next billing date.
• Trial conversions are not eligible for refund of the first paid month, since you had a 14-day no-card-required trial to evaluate the product.

2. Refund process

1. Email billing@hyperfiling.com from the account email with the subject "Refund request" and the workspace name.
2. We acknowledge within two working days and confirm whether the request qualifies.
3. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within seven to ten working days, subject to your bank's clearance time.

3. Non-refundable charges

• Goods and Services Tax already deposited with the tax authorities.
• Per-usage charges incurred during the billing cycle, where applicable.
• Implementation fees agreed under an Enterprise statement of work.

4. Time to credit

Refunds are credited within seven to ten working days of approval. Bank-to-bank settlement times may extend this slightly; we will share the payment processor reference once the refund is initiated.
