These terms govern your use of HyperFiling, made available by Hyperneural Technologies LLP ("we", "us"). By creating an account or accessing the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of service

HyperFiling is an AI compliance and legal research workspace for Indian Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries. It is a tool that augments your professional research and admin. It is not a substitute for your professional judgement and we do not provide legal, tax, or audit advice.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for the accuracy of the data you upload, for ensuring you have the rights to upload that data, and for the actions taken under your account.

3. Payment terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the elected cadence (monthly or annual). All listed prices exclude 18% Goods and Services Tax. We issue a GST-compliant tax invoice for every billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension and eventual termination.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to attempt to circumvent its security, to upload content you do not have the right to share, to violate applicable law, or to interfere with the service for other customers.

5. Intellectual property

The HyperFiling platform, including its software, design, and documentation, remains the property of Hyperneural Technologies LLP. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of Hyperneural Technologies LLP.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose a security risk, after reasonable notice where appropriate.
