These terms govern your use of Hyperfiling, made available by Yieldwise Farmtech Private Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or accessing the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of service

Hyperfiling is an AI compliance and legal research workspace for Indian Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries. It is a tool that augments your professional research and admin. It is not a substitute for your professional judgement and we do not provide legal, tax, or audit advice.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for the accuracy of the data you upload, for ensuring you have the rights to upload that data, and for the actions taken under your account.

3. Payment terms

Plans are paid in advance, for a month or for a year. A plan ends at the end of the period paid for unless you buy the next period.

You pay the price shown at checkout. Launch prices apply as stated on the pricing page on the day of purchase.

If you buy another period of the same plan before the current one ends, the new period starts when the current one ends. You can buy a different plan once the period already paid for ends. To move to a different plan before then, write to support@hyperfiling.com and we will switch your plan with credit for the unused days. If you bought the wrong plan, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of the payment.

A plan covers the number of users it states. Its monthly allowances are shared by everyone in the firm and reset on the 1st of each calendar month, India time.

All listed prices include 18% Goods and Services Tax. We issue a GST-compliant tax invoice for every payment, showing the taxable value and the tax within the price. You can ask for a refund of a payment within 7 days of making it. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to attempt to circumvent its security, to upload content you do not have the right to share, to violate applicable law, or to interfere with the service for other customers.

5. Intellectual property

The Hyperfiling platform, including its software, design, and documentation, remains the property of Yieldwise Farmtech Private Limited. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of Yieldwise Farmtech Private Limited.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. A plan you have paid for stays available until the end of the period it covers; refunds are available only as the Refund Policy sets out. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose a security risk, after reasonable notice where appropriate.
